Your music player on screen theme will change to a cassette style display for fun visuals to compliment the clear desktop stereo sound quality from the Retro Box.

FiiO Speaker Dock

Pair over bluetooth, flip the door, dock your M21 inside, close the door and your music player will now play through this custom desk speaker - Retro Box! Turns your music player into a speaker, with stereo speakers mounted on each side and 2 passive radiators on the rear, to augment the low end for a fuller sound.

Rear mounted button pops out the music player from the dock, so you can take your music player and get back on the move.

Bluetooth is version 6.0 for reliably connectivity, with LDAC support, for higher res playback from a matching FiiO player or android phone.

A built-in high-performance DSP chip allows you to choose from HiFi, Retro, Pop, and Warm EQ sound presets to suit whatever you are listening to. Just press down the Retro Box volume knob to swap the EQ profiles and find the sound that truly hits the spot.

Fun to use tactile controls - Turn the 360° rotary knob for smooth volume control or press to switch EQ modes. Clicky controls for playback on the top of the Box.

Two 18500 batteries are configured in parallel in order to minimize internal resistance, to provide power to the dual-channel speaker amp. Connect to the FiiO Control App for more options to personalize.

FAQ:

Q: Why do some tracks still not feel loud enough even at max volume？
A: Since the speaker’s distortion-free power is rated at 5W+5W, our current gain settings are relatively conservative to prevent audio clipping when playing high-dynamic range music at high volumes. In a future update, we will add a gain adjustment feature within the control app to let you fine-tune the sound output to your preference.

Q: Why does the speaker vibrate significantly or even shift positions when playing highly dynamic or heavy bass music?
A: The speaker has counterweights inside, so vibrations should not occur at normal listening volumes. If you still experience vibration or displacement under extreme conditions, we recommend placing your connected player inside the speaker's internal compartment. This increases the overall weight of the unit and should resolve the issue.
