Warranty information for products purchased from FiiOCanada.ca or a Dealer listed on our FiiO Dealers page is provided by Motet Distribution Inc.

Please keep your dated sales receipt handy.

If your FiiO product is within the 1 year warranty and malfunctions occur, please contact your authorized dealer, or if you purchased from this site, please contact us.  

If necessary, and at the discretion of Motet Distribution Inc., the company will provide a warranty repair or replace the product. 

Should a return be required, a RA# will be issued along with our returns address. Return shipping to FiiOCanada.ca will be at the owner’s expense.
