Shipping policy

Products ship from our Ontario warehouse with Canada Post, Fedex, UPS and Purolator. 

Order Cutoff Time is 12pm EST.

Handling time is normally 1-2 days.

Transit time is from 1-5 days.

You will be notified with tracking info.

Items over $99 ship for free.

 

Please be aware: 

In-earphones will be charged a 10% restocking fee if exchanged or returned. 

For all other items there is no restocking fee.
