FiiO FA7s

FiiO FA7s 6 Driver in ear monitor (IEM) have compact shells and are designed to provide clarity, accuracy and resolution, to allow the music to shine. The IEM is equipped with 6 balanced armature drivers per side, configured with 3 pairs of drivers handling a specific frequency range, having their own sound chambers, so as to greatly minimize frequency interference.

6 Balanced Armatures per Side

The 6 drives are arranged into 3 pairs, coving the lows, mids & highs. Both the low frequency set and high frequency set of drivers are made by Knowles – resulting in greatly extended, robust, yet controlled bass as well as highly detailed, delicate treble. The mid-frequency driver is a pair of custom units exclusively made for FiiO, with lush vocals and an exceptionally pure, natural sound.

The Crossover - the hidden glue that brings it all together. Multi-driver IEMs require a precise crossover system to allow the drivers to work in their sweet spot of peak performance and to tie together their ranges, as seamlessly as possible. 

FiiO expertly designed the FA7s with a three-way crossover, which enables each driver in an average 1:1:1 way and separates them using the "2+2+2" method.

The IEM is also ideal for use as a portable pro IEM, with its neutral, balanced, flat tuning and its extremely broad frequency response. It is a reliable sound tool that will be great for evaluating mixes, for A/V work and for editing videos. FA7s is also High Res Audio Certified.

Each frequency range takes two different drivers which are designed in an electronic and structural crossover system for precise cutting – thus resulting in a more realistic, balanced sound fully capable of rendering every last detail and blending into one smoothly.

The FA7S is small but the build is a very complex process. The shell is made of 316L stainless steel put through a delicate powder metallurgy process- 1000 degrees Celsius of high temperature sintering after injection molding to eventually form the whole earphone construction. The housing is compact, extremely durable and ideally shaped for the drivers' performance.

Compact Size for Great Comfort

The IEM's faceplate is processed through a five-axis CNC machine, and every unit is polished by hand for a shiny, dazzling, mirror-like finish. After the stainless steel goes through a PVD electroplating coating process for significantly increased rigidity and significantly improved scratch resistance. You can enjoy their beautiful finish for many years!

The included cable is one of our top designs, with the latest designs and features. It incorporates a high quality silver-plated monocrystalline copper cable, a thicker cable made from 8 strands, but still super soft and pliable.

The cable has angled MMCX connectors, twist-lock swappable audio plugs in 3.5mm, Balanced 2.5mm & 4.4mm and Hi-Res Audio certification.
