Montreal Audio Fest 2026

It was snowy and slushy in Montreal but the spirit in the Bonaventure Hotel, site of the 2026 Audio Fest, was crisp and fresh!

Motet covers many great audio brands, and we were there in the Earvana section with FiiO, as well as Hifiman (thanks to Gao from Hifiman Europe) and Noble Audio (thanks to Jim and Kai Moulton from Noble!). Motet also had an awesome sounding huge Eversolo room, PS Audio room, Audio Note room as well as various Accuphase, Lumin and more products in dealer rooms throughout the show. Busy weekend!

There was near constant FiiO interest, questions and demos of the home desktop line up during the 3 days.

The K13 R2R, K15 and K17 were demoed and compared constantly.

Everyone loved the uber cool Warmer R2R DAC, Tube. We had 2 on display and those lovely VU-Meters are like a gravity field for audiophiles!!

The headphones saw tons of use and plenty of love - JT7, FT1, FT1 Pro and FT13 were all used constantly.

The new M33 R2R DAP was on display and drew tons of interest - it looks and feels great in person by the way - the size and portability is just right.

The DM13 and DM15 R2R disc players were popular as well and we'll remember to bring cd's next year, we promise! (3 pallets of product and we forgot to bring cd's!) People mainly wanted to see the DM15 R2R in person, the fit and finish is so slick.

So Montreal, Merci!!
