Snowsky FiiO Echo Mini portable high-res lossless music player, MP3 Player or DAP, plays the music files you own (there are no apps). The ECHO MINI is not only the return of FiiO’s pure music player but also SNOWSKY’s first music player. (Snowsky is a fun new affordable division of FiiO!)

Compact Size with Hifi Components!

Though the ECHO MINI is slightly larger than the AirPods Pro case, it features two high quality CS43131 DAC chips inside, with both 3.5mm and 4.4mm headphone outputs included, so your balanced IEM cables are ready to plug and play.

The player supports 8GB of built-in storage, up to 256GB microSD card expansion, full format music playback like DSD files, and Bluetooth 5.3 transmission, to send your music out to wireless speakers and headphones. Up to 15 hours of battery life gets us out of battery worry and lets you grab it and go.

Retro Styled Operating System:

From hardware to software UI designs, FiiO is adding creative elements and leaning into the retro theme to make the Echo Mini more fun and interesting to use one a daily basis. Plus with the classic clicky hardware buttons, we can go way back and have a cool experience every time we use it!

Echo Mini has a fun cassette deck styled operating system, as seen in the photo above, with simple button controls on top. There are also 70's retro styled digital clock and variety of now playing screen options, as seen below.

The player received nearly monthly firmware updates in 2025, fixing bugs and adding features. Here are a couple of the more notable updates:

August 2025 - Big Firmware upgrade adds USB DAC functionality. It can now work as a USB DAC with a computer, decoding high-res files up to 48k/24 bit.

Connect it over usb to decode Apple Music Lossless or Spotify Lossless from your PC or Mac and plug in your wired headphones!! 

December 2025 - Firmware update adds Lyrics and Balance Control. Tons of fixes, updates and optimizations this year.
